When she sees some of the things I've been working on to help other people in the office, she has expressed an amazement and appreciation for the things that I've created and for the ways in which I've been helping other people around the office and helping the whole system as a whole. But then when I got engaged to my now fiance, she was so supportive of that and expressed such an excitement and an encouragement around that and I really, really appreciated that. 

She's done the same thing with my singing because I study singing and I've had opportunities to perform and Emily has always been such a vocal encourager around that area of my life. So it's not just that I'm here and I'm another one of the staff, it's that she champions and encourages each and every one of us including me personally as well as professionally."
